Grandfriends Day
Friday, March 3
Chair: Lauren Phillips
familyevents@hyerpta.org
Grandfriends Day is a special day for all Hyer students as they welcome their Grandfriends to their school to enjoy grade level performances, and to tour the library and classrooms for special activities. A Grandfriend's presence in the life of a child can bring great blessings, and it is a privilege to invite our Grandfriends to Hyer to share this special day with our little Huskies.
Please RSVP your Grandfriend by Wednesday, March 1 at 10 am! If your Grandfriend lives in town or arrives early, we encourage them to stop by and pre-register in the front office. This will help with crowd flow on the day of the event.
Grandparents and/or special friends are encouraged to visit Hyer to learn about their student's educational activities. Guests should enter through the front entrance and sign-in. To help with crowding and parking, parents should not plan to attend unless their student does not have a Grandfriend able to attend.
Also please note that there will be no parking on Caruth. The Caruth carpool lane will only be used for valet during Grandfriends activities. Click HERE for the events schedule that can also be forward to your Grandfriend!
