Corporate Sponsor Contract

Complete this form by Friday, August 23, 2024 for inclusion on printed marketing materials. Late submissions will only be reflected on online marketing materials.

Contract submissions and payments will be recorded in the order received. Your sponsorship is not secured until payment has been received. A tax donation receipt will be mailed. Sponsorships are tax deductible less benefits received.

In-kind donations to Hyer Elementary are tax deductible to the extent of the law and shall not be given any benefits. Donors must estimate their market-value for contribution purposes to the Internal Revenue Service requirements.
